Delivery & Shipping Policy

At KONVO, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and reliable delivery experience for our customers. Please read the following Delivery / Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order on www.konvo.pk.

1. Payment Requirement for Delivery

KONVO only processes and delivers advance-paid orders.

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on any product listed on our website. Since our products are high-involvement and high-value electronics, all orders must be paid in full before they are confirmed for dispatch.

Customers may place orders through the following payment methods:

  • Bank Transfer
  • Debit / Credit Card
  • Visa
  • Mastercard

An order will only be processed once the payment has been successfully received and verified.

2. Delivery Timeline

Our standard estimated delivery period is 5 to 7 working days.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • the delivery location
  • product availability
  • operational or logistics conditions

For some locations, delivery may take longer than the estimated period due to distance, courier network coverage, public holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Order Cut-Off Time

The daily order cut-off time is 1:00 PM.

Orders confirmed before 1:00 PM on a working day will be processed accordingly. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be treated as orders received on the next working day.

4. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are not fixed and may vary depending on:

  • the product category
  • the LED TV model purchased
  • the size and weight of the product
  • the delivery destination

For LED TVs, shipping charges may vary based on the model and location.

For other appliances or products, shipping charges will depend on the delivery location and order details.

Any applicable delivery charges will be communicated to the customer during checkout or before order confirmation.

5. Shipping Methods

KONVO may use different shipping or logistics methods depending on the product, destination, and service availability. All deliveries are made on a paid basis, and shipment charges may apply as communicated at the time of order confirmation.

Shipping method selection will be managed by KONVO or its delivery partners based on what is most suitable for safe and timely delivery.

6. Order Confirmation and Dispatch

Once your payment is received and verified:

  • your order will be confirmed
  • it will be scheduled for processing and dispatch
  • you may be contacted for delivery coordination, where required

KONVO reserves the right to delay or withhold dispatch if payment verification, stock confirmation, or delivery details remain incomplete.

7. Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability.

In case the ordered product is unavailable after payment has been received, KONVO will inform the customer accordingly. In such cases, the company will be liable to refund the full paid amount within 7 to 21 working days.

8. Failed Delivery or Incorrect Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details, including:

  • full name
  • contact number
  • complete delivery address
  • city

KONVO shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or unreachable delivery information provided by the customer.

If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect information, redelivery may be subject to additional charges.

9. Pricing Policy Related to Orders

KONVO reserves the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice.

However:

  • orders placed through advance payment by bank transfer or card payment will be delivered against the paid invoice value / receipt value
  • once payment is received and confirmed, the confirmed paid price will apply to that order

10. Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver all confirmed orders within the estimated timeline, delays may occur due to:

  • stock availability
  • courier or logistics issues
  • public holidays
  • weather conditions
  • force majeure events
  • operational disruptions beyond our control

In such situations, KONVO will make reasonable efforts to coordinate and update the customer accordingly.

11. Inspection at the Time of Delivery

Customers are advised to inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the package appears visibly damaged, tampered with, or incomplete, the customer should report the issue to KONVO customer support as soon as possible.
