Return Policy

At KONVO, we strive to ensure that every order reaches our customers in proper condition. Please read this Return Policy carefully before placing an order on www.konvo.pk.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Return Policy applies only to products purchased directly through www.konvo.pk.

KONVO does not accept returns for products purchased through:

  • retail outlets
  • dealers or distributors
  • third-party online marketplaces
  • any platform other than the official KONVO website

2. Eligible Return Cases

A return request will only be accepted at the time of delivery if the customer receives a product that is:

a. Damaged

The product is physically damaged at the time of delivery.

b. Incorrect

The delivered product does not match the order placed, including but not limited to:

  • wrong model
  • wrong size
  • wrong variant
  • missing parts or accessories
  • mismatch with the order summary

c. Defective

The product is not functioning as described by the manufacturer at the time of delivery or upon initial inspection, subject to KONVO’s verification.

3. Inspection at the Time of Delivery

All products must be carefully inspected at the time of delivery.

If the unit is found to be visibly damaged, incorrect, or defective upon delivery, the customer must:

  • report the issue immediately
  • refuse to accept the delivery where applicable
  • inform KONVO customer support without delay

Do not accept the unit if visible damage is identified at the time of delivery.

Once the delivery is accepted and the receipt is signed, it will be treated as confirmation that the product was received in proper condition, unless a concealed issue is reported within the limited period stated below and verified by KONVO.

4. Return Request Process

To process a return request, the customer must contact KONVO customer support and provide complete order details.

The following information may be required:

  • order invoice number
  • proof of purchase/payment receipt
  • customer name and contact details
  • product model
  • serial number
  • product number, if applicable
  • clear description of the issue
  • photos or videos of the product and packaging, where required

5. Return Condition

To qualify for a valid return:

  • the product must be purchased from www.konvo.pk
  • the return must be based on a valid reason under this policy
  • the product must be in its original condition, as far as reasonably possible
  • the product should be returned in the original box and packaging, or at minimum in suitable protective packaging
  • proof of purchase must be provided

For damage-related complaints identified after delivery, KONVO may allow a short reporting window of up to 3 days, subject to review and verification. Claims made after this period may not be entertained.

6. Return Shipping Cost

Unless otherwise agreed by KONVO in writing, the customer will bear the return delivery cost.

However, where KONVO confirms that the delivered product was damaged, incorrect, or defective due to a fulfillment issue, KONVO may decide at its sole discretion to arrange pickup, replacement support, or other appropriate resolution.

7. Refund or Replacement

If the returned product is found by KONVO to meet the return conditions stated in this policy, KONVO may:

  • issue a replacement unit, or
  • process a refund through the same mode of payment used for the original purchase

Refund timelines may vary depending on banking channels, payment gateway processing, and internal verification procedures.

8. Invalid Return Requests

If, after inspection, the return request is found to be invalid, KONVO will notify the customer accordingly.

In such cases:

  • the return, refund, or exchange may be refused
  • the product may be sent back to the customer
  • any related delivery or handling charges may be payable by the customer

KONVO reserves the right to reject any return, exchange, or refund request that is found to be unreasonable, incomplete, misused, or not in accordance with this policy.

9. Exclusions

Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not apply in cases including but not limited to:

  • physical damage caused after delivery acceptance
  • mishandling, misuse, negligence, or improper installation
  • breakage of panel/screen
  • electrical spark, short circuit, or burnt components caused by external factors
  • damage resulting from unauthorized repair, tampering, or modification
  • normal wear and tear
  • claims for products not purchased directly from www.konvo.pk

Such matters may instead be dealt with under the applicable product warranty terms, where relevant.
